Voluntary support
Voluntary support payments fund ongoing public work and generally are not refundable after processing. If a payment was duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly and we will review it.
Services and deposits
Refund and cancellation terms for commissioned work are stated in the written project agreement. Where no written term applies, unearned prepaid amounts will be returned, less non-refundable third-party costs approved for the project.
How to request review
Email chris@obtuseai.net with the payment date, amount, and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card or bank details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times may vary.
