What this site collects
Obtuse AI does not ask you to create an account. Basic hosting logs may include your IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability.
Messages and project inquiries
If you use the project brief form, the contact details and message you provide are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to chris@obtuseai.net. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to send. We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a potential project, maintain necessary business records, and protect the service.
Payments
Payments are completed on a hosted payment provider. Obtuse AI does not receive or store your full card number. The provider handles payment data under its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the site or process a request, when legally required, or to protect people and systems.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@obtuseai.net.
